During the call, the assistant may ask for your name, phone number, email address, preferred follow-up method, and the reason for your call. A written transcript and summary of each call are created and stored. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, book discovery calls, transfer your call when appropriate, and follow up with you. Calls are not audio recorded.

We may also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the Site, such as browser type, referring URL, and pages viewed, through standard web analytics tools. This information is used only in aggregate to understand how visitors use the Site and is not linked to individual identities.
